Your Facebook page and Google profile, set up right.
People look you up before they call. I set up your Facebook page so it looks like the same business as your website, and keep your Google profile current with job photos, posts and review replies.

Your site and domain are in your name. The site is hosted on your own free account, so apart from the domain name (about $12 to $20 a year) there's no monthly bill unless you want me to look after it.

Add-on: estimate follow-up

Added to your website so no estimate request slips through the cracks. Say a homeowner fills out the estimate form on your site at 9pm while you're still on a job:
- They hear back right away. An email from your business goes out the moment they hit send, letting them know you got their request and will be in touch.
- It goes on your list. Their name, phone number and what they need are added to a spreadsheet with every other request, so you're not digging through texts and voicemails.
- You get a nudge if you forget. If you haven't marked it as answered within a day, you get a reminder.
Nothing-down plans are a 12-month agreement. After the year, the site is paid off and yours, and the monthly drops to the care plan if you want it. Local business special: the first three local businesses get a Starter site for $500.
